Receptionist/Scheduler - Marshall
Summary: A 30-34 hour per week position with ACMC-Marshall. Responsible for scheduling appointments with providers and other clerical duties.
Education: Post-secondary education in a medical field preferred but not required.
Experience: Must have computer knowledge, keyboarding skills and customer service dedication. Medical experience preferred.
Clinical Software Optimizer Analyst, Ambulatory Care - Willmar
Summary: A full-time position with ACMC-Willmar. Responsibilities include providing workflow expertise, implementation and sustainment of EPIC system (Electronic Health Record) by planning, coordination and training of IT systems and their impact on workflow processes.
Education: Degree in clinical or information systems discipline (RN, LPN, MLS, RHIA) Post-secondary education in a medical field required.
Experience: Computer/clinical knowledge/understanding and excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Telehealth Coordinator, Ambulatory Care - Willmar
Summary: Full-time position with Carris Health-Willmar. Responsible for the daily operations of the virtual health program(s) including coordinating and monitoring services, providing systemwide virtual health education and training, and working with clinical department leadership and stakeholders on developing workflows and processes as part of developing new telehealth services. Will facilitate and design the flow of virtual health services including telehealth and eClinic to providers, staff and partnering entities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
Education: Bachelor's degree with coursework in management, training, education, healthcare management or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience preferred. 2 years of hospital or clinic experience as well as supervisory experience preferred.
RN Supervisor - Marshall
Summary: A full-time position with ACMC-Marshall. Provides leadership and direction to on-site staff concerning day-to-day operations in clinic including staff development and supervision. Acts as nursing resource. Performs professional nursing care to patients as needed. Promotes collaborative governance of nursing department staff.
Education: Graduate of RN program, bachelor's degree preferred. Current RN license required.
Experience: Must have leadership/supervisory experience. Developed clinical and interpersonal skills, detail orientation and computer skills required. Ability to coordinate and implement projects beneficial. strong clinical, communication and organizational skills.
LPN/CMA - Willmar

Communications and Community Relations Specialist - Willmar
Summary: Full-time position with Carris Health-Willmar. The purpose of this position is to oversee and execute initiatives that drive awareness of our corporate brand and services externally to our communities as well as to our employees. Using communication and marketing strategies this position will drive targeted internal employee communications and engagement initiatives internally as it relates to our overall communications for Carris Health.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 in related field.
Experience: 2-3 years' experience in a hands-on role developing and implementing employee communications and community engagement initiatives. Writing experience beneficial.

Summary: A full-time position with the Willmar Regional Cancer Center. Responsible for rooming patients, scheduling appointments and assisting providers with patient care.
Education: Current LPN license/CMA certification required.

Cancer Registry Support - Willmar Regional Cancer Center
Summary: A part-time (.5) position with the Willmar Regional Cancer Center. Responsible for providing clerical support to the abstracting procedures and follow-up areas of the Registry Department. Will also assist with preparation for Cancer Conferences and Committee meetings.
Education: Graduate or current student in an Associate degree program in Cancer Data Management, Registered Health Information Technician, Healthcare Administrative Assistant or a related program preferred.
Experience: One year healthcare experience preferred.
Clinical Software Optimizer Specialist - Willmar
Summary: A full-time position with ACMC-Willmar. Responsible for workflow optimization and support for the planning, coordination, implementation and sustainment of the electronic health record (EHR) ambulatory applications. Provides input regarding the EHR system and the impact on workflow processes in such a way as to gain support and buy-in from staff to successfully implement upgrades and/or changes. Position requires basic understanding and knowledge of clinical and non-clinical workflows in a healthcare setting. Responsible for training or coordinating training of staff.
Education: Healthcare related degree with clinical background/experience preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of clinic application experience. Proficiency in the use of computer applications, Epic desired. Knowledge and understanding of workflows in a healthcare setting. Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
Health Information Management, Manager
Summary: A full-time position with Carris Health Hospital and Clinic. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing medical records services for each patient, guiding processes involving medical records for Carris Health-wide improvement, managing release of medical records, coordinating regulatory activities related to the health record and supervising staff. Manages the development, implementation, maintenance and adherence to policies and procedures covering the privacy of and access to patient health information, breach notification in compliance with federal and state laws and information privacy practices. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Demonstrates Family Centered Care principles with interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in Health Information Management. Current Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credentials from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) credential would be considered adequate only if accompanied by five years of supervisory experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare Health Information Management Department.
