ACMC's eClinic App is an online tool with convenient access to care from an ACMC physician for common conditions. Simply log on to the eClinic app from your phone or desktop, report the symptoms, answer a short assessment, and an ACMC physician will respond within 60 minutes with a diagnosis, personalized treatment plan and if needed, a prescription.

You will receive a response within 60 minutes with your diagnosis, treatment plan and prescription to your pharmacy if needed. You will not be charged for the visit unless the physician can treat your condition online.
Get better
After the physician's diagnosis and treatment, if there are related follow-up questions, the physician will provide a phone number in the message to the patient.

You can use the ACMC eClinic App 24 hours a day. An ACMC physician is available between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. seven days a week, including holidays, to respond with your diagnosis and treatment plan within 60 minutes. Assessments that are completed after 8:00 p.m. will be answered immediately the following morning.

ACMC eClinic is for patients ages 18-65. Parents and guardians can create an eClinic account and add their dependents to their care circle. You do not have to be an ACMC patient to use our eClinic.

An eClinic visit costs just $35. (The cost of any necessary prescription and lab testing is not included in your assessment fee.) Conditions that are not appropriate for online treatment will be offered alternative options and you will not be charged for the online visit. At this time, ACMC eClinic does not accept insurance.
